The only recurring fee is for your domain name (around £9 per year) and web-hosting (usually around £29 per year). You can either use our hosting, and we will bill you each year, or use your own hosting. Our prices are transparent and we don’t have any hidden fees. We would only charge extra if you decide to come back to us at a later date for additional work, which is out of scope of the original brief you sent us.
Free support is included with every website. We offer free on-going support for any technical problems you may have or any small updates you may need. Any extra work, which was not mentioned in the original brief, will be charged as an extra.
All websites we build include free hosting for the first 12 months*, you can also use your own hosting if you have it already.
* After 12 months we would bill you annually for £29 per year.

That’s a great start. You will need to login to your Domain Name’s control panel and change the Nameservers so that they point to the correct hosting servers. Your domain Registrar is the company you registered your domain with (e.g. 123Reg, GoDaddy, etc). If you are using our hosting, we will provide details of the new Nameservers you need to use once you have placed your order.
Absolutely, we encourage you to send us your own images to use so that your website mirrors your business, and potential customers get a good understanding of your company and how you work. If you don’t have any images and cannot provide them then we can use our own stock images, we can also use a mixture of both. Please note that when using your own images we ask you to send us images of high quality.
Yes. Your site will come complete with its own secure back-end Admin Control Panel. You can edit all your site’s content, images and page details at any time after the site is complete. One of the things you might like to do for example is if you choose to post to a blog page on a regular basis, this will help ensure that your site is always up to date, which will in turn help your sites positioning on the search engines.
